I will be teaching a January poetry workshop starting next Thursday (Jan. 10, 17, 24 & 31) at Urban Word. Classes are free and limited to New York area teens (13-19). If you can’t make Thursdays (or you don’t like me), my pal Mahogany Browne will be teaching a similar workshop on Tuesdays. Come by if you’d like to learn to write better, perform better, or flirt with other poets whom you consider attractive.
